Welcome to Pasto ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Pasto Restaurant Partner App, website, and related services.

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pasto.

•

You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the restaurant.

•

You confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

2. About the Platform

Pasto is a restaurant-focused digital platform designed to help restaurants:

•

Digitally manage internal orders (Self Order)

•

Track sales, reports, and analytics

•

Prepare for future online ordering and delivery

In Phase 1, Pasto does not act as a food delivery service or marketplace.

3. Self Order Feature (Phase 1)

•

Self Order allows restaurants to record dine-in and takeaway orders internally.

•

Orders are entered by restaurant staff for walk-in customers.

•

No customer orders are placed via the app during this phase.

•

Pasto does not interfere with food preparation, pricing, or customer interaction.

Restaurants are fully responsible for:

•

Order accuracy

•

Food quality

•

Customer service

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants agree to:

•

Maintain accurate menu, pricing, and availability

•

Comply with applicable food safety and business laws

•

Ensure staff uses the app responsibly

•

Handle all customer disputes directly during Self Order

Pasto is not responsible for food quality, delays, or service issues.

5. Fees & Pricing

•

During initial launch, the Platform is free of cost.

Future pricing may include:

•

Subscription plans

•

Feature-based fees

•

Revenue-linked pricing (lowest possible)

Any pricing changes will be:

•

Clearly communicated in advance

•

Optional until accepted by the restaurant

6. Future Services

Pasto may introduce additional services, including:

•

Customer ordering via app

•

Delivery services

•

Promotions and offers

•

Payment processing

These services will be governed by updated terms, shared before activation.

7. Data & Analytics

•

Sales, order, and expense data entered by restaurants is used to provide reports and insights.

•

Pasto does not claim ownership over restaurant business data.

•

Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve platform performance.

8. App Availability

•

Pasto aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend access for:

•

Maintenance

•

Security upgrades

•

Legal or technical reasons

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

False or misleading information is provided

•

The platform is misused

•

Legal or regulatory violations occur

Restaurants may delete their account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pasto is a technology provider only

We are not liable for:

Loss of profits

•

Food quality issues

•

Customer disputes

•

Business decisions made using reports

Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and software belong to Pasto.

•

Restaurants may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.

•

Restaurant logos and menus remain the property of the restaurant.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be notified via app or website

•

Continued use after updates means acceptance

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
